My condolences to the Family and close friends of Ralph! Ralph was a fine man and coworker I had the privilege of working with Ralph his entire career with the City Of Carmel. He was always very pleasant and easy to work with, to hear of his passing saddens me and I know he will be missed by those who loved him most. May you find the peace and comfort that surpasses all understanding through Jesus Christ! God bless you all!
